Municipal Services

The Municipal Services Committee oversees the management of Public Works and Water & Light employees. Policy making and supervision of the electric utility, trash and recycling collection, snow-removal, road and sidewalk maintenance, tree-trimming, wastewater treatment plant, and stormwater utility operations. This committee works in concert with the Parks and Recreation Board on issues involving the city's parks.  


The Municipal Committees Committee meets at 5:00 pm on the last Tuesday of the month.  Meetings are held at the Water and Light building; 15 Old HWY 92, Evansville WI.

The yard / waste drop-off site will be open to the city residents at no charge (and non-city residents with a payable permit) for disposal from 5:00 pm-7:00 pm Wednesday nights and Saturdays from 9:00 am-2:30 pm starting on Saturday, April 4th, 2020.


Avoid Long Lines – visit • Find out if you are properly registered to vote. • Register to vote. • Request an absentee ballot. And remember • Proof of residence is required to register to vote. • Photo ID is required to receive a ballot.
