Youth Center

EVANSVILLE YOUTH CENTER

The Evansville Youth Center is a monitored, safe, active place. The center is a FREE drop-in
center for students in 5th through 8th grades. The center is open every full school day after
school, until 5:30 p.m., unless the school cancels for inclement weather. The center is not open
during the summer. A snack is provided each day and a calendar of activities is set up for each
month. Students can participate in a variety of activities such as crafting, board games, video
games, community service projects and MORE!

At the Youth Center, we want kids to value and respect themselves and others, feel empowered
to make safe and healthy decisions, connect with the community, have fun, develop mature
attitudes, and reinforce positive habits and lifestyles.

The Evansville Youth Center is located at 209 S. First Street, Evansville, Wisconsin.
For more information contact Interim Youth Center Director, Angie Olsen at

Photo: Olivia Sinshack spent her summer painting a beautiful mural for the youth center and two seniors (Emily Johnson and Jentri Boughton) also spent their summer working with the youth center for the opening that is now delayed. Thanks for all of their work.
